The word thank you is not enough to express how brilliant this service was. From the beginning, the compassion the empathy we received after loosing our dear mother. There really is no words to describe how much all the staff helped us through this most awful loss. Your whole team has a place in our hearts. Profound thank you to each and everyone of your team.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the lovely staff, especially Karen and G, who supported me during one of the most difficult times in my life. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the process, and they gave my Dad a beautiful and dignified send-off in February 2025. Their warmth and care made a world of difference, and I’ll always be grateful for the time, effort, and respect they showed not just to my Dad, but to our entire family. Thank you for helping to make his final farewell so special—it meant more than words can say.

When you are bereaved it is so great to meet people who are good at their job, strike just the right tone and are responsive to your shifting emotions. Obviously it is not at all a pleasure to organise such matters, but they made everything a lot easier. We are very appreciative of their professionalism and empathy.

Absolutely unacceptable the way we’re treated, give you a date then give that away to someone else. Never answer the phone always goes through to their call centre in Manchester, never call you back when they say. They lie to you, very lack of Communication, we had to ask what time the cars would arrive & the cars were late on the day. 48hrs before my mums cremation was due to take place, we found ou
