The service provided by the staff of the Co Op Funeral Service Loughton Branch was exceptional. Chelsea the lady I dealt with was both kind, sensitive and efficient, which is a hard balance when dealing with people experiencing grief. My mother had the foresight to take a funeral plan out with the Co Op many years ago. This covered everything that was required for her cremation and we were fully considered at every stage of the planning.
