Simply first class service from the time we met with Lynne at the office to make arrangements to the day of the funeral. Everything on the day was taken care of by Emma and her team who were professional, approachable and friendly whilst understanding the grief of the family. The funeral cars were spotless and there was nothing too much trouble. I recently attended a funeral of my friends mother. I was pleased with how smoothly the funeral was done. While talking to the next of kin at the wake, she mentioned that she had been surprised how easily the visits to the office had been.
