I would very much like to say a HUGE thank you to Bradley, Laura and the wonderful team at this Addlestone Branch.
Bradley in particular was both sensitive, thoughtful and wholeheartedly fulfilled all of our rather “ Left-field” requests regarding our mother’s recent funeral.
You are a real credit to your profession and employers!
We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Dawn, Teresa ( plus Gus and Toby) xx

Couldn’t have wanted a better organised funeral with everything arranged professionally with such a friendly team at the end of the telephone with any enquiry you may have( which we had none). Couldn’t have wanted more and throughly recommend Addlestone Co Operative Funeralcare.

Mum passed away on 23rd February and, in accordance with her wishes, I arranged a direct cremation the following week. I chose the Co-op because I thought they had a good reputation and the price was competitive. The funeral director who I dealt with at this stage was pleasant and she did advise that direct cremations usually take longer than traditional funerals. I didn’t hear anything for a week so visited the branch again. It appeared that nothing had been organised and I was told that the funeral director was waiting for paperwork, in fact all the paperwork had been submitted to them e

Poor communication. Funeral took a long time to arrange, I know there were system issues but service was poor and very slow.
