Sara, who runs the Hersham branch, was excellent. She was efficient and empathetic without being funereal. And she was unflappable in dealing with a very significant last minute change. The funeral director was charming and considerate. The drivers and pallbearers were kind and respectful. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Alan Greenwood and sons.

Sara, at the Hersham branch arranged our mum's funeral for us. She was amazing and helped so much. All the team, the driver, the pallbearers Jo the funeral director and Steven the celebrant yesterday were all amazing. They were so kind, caring and compassionate and gave our mum the send off she deserved 💙

Wonderful service from Sara and the team at Hersham, the whole process was explained fully to us, loading with Terri the celebrant who was fantastic, the flowers and order of service all sorted out and nothing was too much trouble, everything went smoothly. I felt that my wife was in the best hands possible to take care of her. Thank you Sara.
