She took care of all the necessary arrangements and even found a wonderful minister, Rev’d Michael Stokes, who led a beautiful service. On the day itself, Joanne the Funeral Director and team were warm and friendly, and everything went exactly to plan. Arranged a funeral for my neighbour as his partner wasn't up to it. Suzanne was so helpful with every aspect of the arrangements. She advised on the price differences for all our requirements and was always available for any enquiries. The funeral director rang me a couple of days before to go through what would happen on the day and met us at the crematorium to ensure everything was in order.
