I have just been to collect my late exhusbands ashes and personal bits. From the very beginning of organising the funeral with Deb to the collecting of his ashes with Wendy I and my 2 children were treated with a very quiet respect I have not felt for a very long time in any capacity. From the bottom of our hearts we thank Moisters of Sefton St Southport ALL OF YOU but especially Deb and Wendy. You were recommended to us and I will not hesitate for a moment recommending you to others. We thank you and appreciate your warmth and care for Tony. Sandra Melissa and Thomas xx

Moisters were ALL truly outstanding (angels). From start to finish, everything was handled with such care, compassion and professionalism. They made a very difficult time so much easier for our family, and we are so grateful for the support and guidance we received. Everything was fantastic throughout – we couldn’t have asked for more thank you. Special mention to ALL at Sefton St Also to Ragan, Debbie & also Paul for speaking at Mum’s service Thank you xx

Moisters have performed the funerals of my grandad, dad, and now my mum. They have shown kindness, compassion and help every step of the way. I could only afford to give my mum a direct cremation and worried about not being able to attend her funeral, but the team made me feel at peace knowing they would support her journey to the next life. They allowed her beloved Teddy which had given her great comfort through her dementia; to be buried with her, and they went through a eulogy that they would give her to send her on her way. The team helped me realise things that needed doing that I hadn’t

The quality of care from Moisters Funeralcare in Sefton Street is exceptional, with special thanks to Mike, Debbie and Alan. I couldn’t have wished for a more professional service. From the moment we contacted them to discuss my mums funeral arrangements to laying her to rest, they were compassionate, caring and professional. The respect that Mike in particular showed made me feel confident that we had chosen the right funeral directors to look after mum.
