Paula, I have to tell you, it was the best send off we could possibly have hoped for. Everything was quite simply perfect. Fiona and the team were extremely considerate and kind to us. Fiona walking in front of the car was very impressive and solemn. It gave the opportunity for some of my aunt’s old neighbors to say goodbye to her. The order of service you created for us was lovely. The way the picture was framed on the front was genius. The flowers were just right and it was a surprise to see an additional spray from Ashlodge on the top of the casket. We all enjoyed the singing voice

Paula was wonderful - friendly, kind, empathetic, and considerate. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was explained to me and the whole process was as easy as possible. We even managed to laugh together over shared experiences! My husband had requested a Direct (unattended) Cremation, but I hadn't realised that it would be attended by two staff members who read out a short 'Life Statement' about him, while his favourite music played; a lovely and reassuring touch. I was even offered a lock of his hair and a fingerprint, which was completely unexpected. We used another local fu

We can not thank Paula and the team at Sidley Co op funeral services enough for their support throughout the process which took many weeks . Paula was in contact the whole time and promptly found us a spiritualist Celebrant as Mum's wishes which was a great comfort.. Every detail was considered . Paula did a great job of taking care of Mum until the funeral ..nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again to you Paula and your team for all your support through such tough times.

Friendly and compassionate, all the arrangements for my mother's funeral were handled efficiently. The day of the funeral went very well also, the funeral director and pallbearers were excellent. My teenage sons were pallbearers and were instructed and supported very well. Would recommend.
