I arranged a direct funeral for my mum as we didn’t want a service. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but everything was done with dignity and respect for which I am so grateful. I went to the crematorium and was able to see my mum arrive in the hearse and being carried in to the chapel the same as any other cremation. Thank you for your care and attention.
