What can I say about the service provided by Bill and his team? I will start by saying Bill Steph and the team are the most amazing, caring, professionals myself and my family could ever have met. Bill is truly a loving sensitive human who made a very sad time much easier to cope with. Bill was there for me when my wonderful Dad passed away. Nothing was too much trouble. I was constantly changing my requests but this didnt phase Bill. My Dads funeral was absolutely amazing and everyone passed comment saying it was the best funeral they had ever been to this was all down to Bill Steph and the

Excellent service. Bill was lovely and so patient as he guided us through the process of arranging our father’s funeral, finding us the perfect venue in GreenAcres Rainford and the perfect celebrant in Danielle. Overall, they’re fine. We had the impression that, at the first meeting, Bill will say that lots of things are possible to secure the service, but then later down the line we were told that things weren’t actually possible. If you don’t want to stick with the standardised format of a funeral and want to deviate even slightly you will be shut down. I think if a bit more effort/ thought is needed, then they’d rather not bother. Like I said, the service was just “fine”. Will be looking elsewhere if I need funeral services again.
