★★☆☆☆ Great general preparation but failed to tell me when my mum was resting with them so I list a week of visiting her. Then they failed to let us know wheelchair limousines were available so my wheelchair bound dad was almost blocked from attending his own wife’s funeral but fit my cousins lifting him onto a wheelchair. Better staff training required.
