On the day my father past, some information was not explained clearly enough. Then there was a delay in the transit of my late father from the morgue to the chapel of rest in Hoylake. Due to these two issues, some of my family members were not able to privately pay thier respects in the chapel of rest, Hoylake. Where they had been invited to do so, the week before. The family were left feeling more disappointed, frustrated and upset further. However, most of the staff at Hoylake were fair and attentive.
