I originally was going to use the Co-Op for historical reasons but enquired of Worley as the care home where dad was a resident had an arrangement with them. From the initial contact with Pam, I knew that I would use them as and when dad passed away. The response was courteous, sympathetic, unhurried and never pushy. All my questions were answered including a detailed breakdown of costs. I was pleasantly surprised at the costings too.

As a family we felt very let down by j. Worley’s from start to finish. Our grandad passed away in April and had prepaid for his funeral.
Firstly my mum wanted to visit my grandad in the chapel of rest, but his coffin took so long to be ordered and delivered that she missed out on this opportunity as it was too late, as he had been passed for over 4 weeks.
The time organisation was lapse, leading them to call my mum on the morning of her dad’s funeral to change their arrival time. Meaning my mum had to call around all the family who were going to follow the hurst. Then when they arrived the flo
