Helen James and everyone at abbey was fantastic can not thank them anuff for everything they did for my uncle and my family they showed compassion and nothing was to much trouble I couldn’t of got through it without them would never recommend anyone else that abbey there care is outstanding thank u for all you done and especially the socks so he didn’t have cold feet

I am a funeral director in Norfolk and used the services of Abbey to help us with a funeral local to them. From start to finish they were outstanding. Warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend, very professional. They took care to help plan my grandsons funeral and help Rachel my daughter through this devastating time. Nothing was too much trouble changing things at the last minute, they made it very personal to us and for that I’m am so grateful that my grandson had a beautiful send off. Helen and team at Abbey Funeral Care were excellent from start to finish, incredibly helpful and provided so much information for my sister on the sudden passing of her husband. James and Harvey were outstanding at organising the whole family and the massive number of guests who came to say goodbye. Can't recommend them enough.
